From time to time it is necessary to provide Mysmeasia.com with your personal data for purposes relating to your membership or your application to become Mysmeasia Member or Agent. But, the privacy and confidentiality of such information is of utmost importance to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your personal information.
Personal Information We Collect: We collect your personal information through your application form and profile updates. Such personal information include, but not limited to, your title, name, gender, date of birth, email address, delivery address, telephone number, payment details or bank account details.

Purposes of Your Personal Information:
  1. The processing of your application and settings for scheduled notices
  2. The management of your membership including training and administration of payments of bonuses, rebates, overrides and commissions
  3. Preparations and distribution of genealogies
  4. Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  5. Formation and implementation of business plans and policies
  6. Where appropriate, the publication in newsletters, promotions and Mysmeasia functions
  7. Disclosed to any governmental department or other authority
  8. Other purposes directly associated with the above

  3. Correct or update any data that is inaccurate (unless an exception applies)

Affiliate Program Policy
As member of Mysmeasia.com affiliate program you are entitled to rank promotion and special awards when qualified. You must be an active member before you can qualify to advance in rank, receive special awards or earn bonuses. When a Member qualifies Bronze Captain, the system automatically awards the member “SmeCert Cadet”. This qualifies the member to participate in an entrepreneurship training course, free of cost. After this training by SME COOK or training elsewhere has been evaluated and certified by SME COOK, you are then confirmed as “SmeCert” by Admin. You cannot progress to the rank of 1-Star Genpreneur and above if you are not Smecert. Earnings are calculated and paid monthly to qualified members while ranks and special awards are determined during calculation.

Income Eligibility Policy
We make necessary efforts and encourage our Members to earn regularly from the affiliate program. To this end it is mandatory that a Member adds at least one direct active Member in the Member’s network in the month to qualify to earn in that month. For Preneur Marshals, there is an added requirement of Total Network Transaction of 400BP for that month.

Order Cancellation Policy
Request for cancellation of orders once duly placed on the site, will not be entertained. The only exception to this rule is in the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed in such circumstance.

Delivery Policy
This Site is for delivery of products and services to customers within Nigeria only. We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time promised by us on our website. Depending on your preference, the goods may be delivered to your doorstep or to a Collection Point in your area where you can pick it up. Where a shipping cost has been stated on the website, it refers to the cost of moving the item from our warehouse to a Collection Point in your area. Shipping cost is either free or a token amount. If you want the item delivered to your doorstep, you will need to purchase Courier Coupon for each item at the time you place your order.

Each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you will need to place multiple orders. We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order within 2-3 working days of the order. However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 5 working days, to ship the order if we have to procure it from some other stores or our suppliers.

Pay on Delivery is applicable to specified cities only. Currently, Pay or Cash on Delivery is for deliveries within Port Harcourt. Whenever it is extended to other cities, it will be announced. An extra cost of between N400 and N700 is charged for Pay on Delivery service.

All products are duly screened and assured by the vendors to ensure that the products are of the standard, quality, composition, style or model that they represent and as displayed on Mysmeasia.com

While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability. In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address) any extra cost incurred by Mysmeasia.com for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User placing the order.

If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of and call our Customer Care 0802 109 7227 or log on to Submit Ticket, mentioning your order reference number. We will make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

Return Policy
We only accept returns if the item received by you is different from what you had ordered or is received in damaged condition. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product by you to initiate the return process.

Returns for replacement/refunds/exchange under certain scenarios will NOT be accepted as given below:
  1. Request for return is made after 24 hours of receiving the product by you
  2. Product is used or is not in its original condition. The product should not be washed or ironed.
  3. Products are returned without its original packaging, freebies or accessories.
  4. Product was damaged after use/opening.
  5. Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of the product.
  6. Products like innerwear, jewelry, health and beauty, books, Smeasials, freebies, do not qualify for replacement, exchanges or refund.
  7. Any consumable item which has been used or installed.
  8. Product with tampered or missing serial number/IMEI number/UPC number.
  9. Missing manufacturer tag especially in case of apparel and footwear.
  10. Any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty.

Illustrated product image is for indication only. While we make every possible attempt to accurately depict the specifications of every product, and try to obtain these specifications from reliable sources; occasionally there may be a mismatch between the features of the actual product and that depicted on our site due to factors not under our control. We, as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of such mismatch. In case you observe such a mismatch, please report to us and we will try our best to get the right information posted on our site as soon as possible.

If you use Mysmeasia.com, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or device, and also you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Mysmeasia.com does not sell products to children, but it sells them to adults, who can purchase with a credit card or otherwise. If you are under 18, you may use Mysmeasia.com only with involvement of a parent or guardian or otherwise, Mysmeasia.com has the right to cancel any order or service to the User. Mysmeasia.com and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

Reviews, Comments, Communications, and other Contents Policy
Members, Agents and Guests may post reviews, comments, and other content; and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing on intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of "spam." You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of a card or other content. Mysmeasia.com reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content, but does not regularly review posted content.

If you do post content or submit material, and unless we indicate otherwise, you grant Mysmeasia.com and its affiliates a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content in any media. Payment Options Policy
